Jewelry may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. You may exchange the jewelry for something else on the site, or have the existing purchase modified to match you preferences. Additional charges will apply to modifications along with additional shipping.
If you are exchanging your jewelry, you must pay for any additional price. If you select a piece of lesser value a refund will be given.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, if in sellable condition (no scratches or fractures).
To initiate a return or exchange you must contact us for the return shipping address and to discuss the issue.
